Customer Review: I don’t generally review very much. However I will make an exception for this product. This baby monitor was one of the less expensive ones and it has some great features like room temperature and the ability to play Lullabies that led me to purchase it. I bought it in April and unfortunately in June something happened to the charging port that led to its failure. It just wouldn’t stay on unless I was wiggling the cord. Not necessarily reflective on the monitor, these type of issues can happen in anything regardless of the price. What stood out to me, and what led me to leave this review was the customer service. I wrote to the seller and explained what was going on. There was no fuss, no trying to get out of responsibility. No issues whatsoever. I was simply told we apologize we’re sending you a new one. That to me was amazing and something I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend purchasing this baby monitor. The quality of the picture is excellent and it works well and it is always good to know that if something does fail you are buying it from people that will stand behind their product.

Customer Review: Wanted to wait a week or so after setting up to leave my review, but honestly could’ve left it on day one and it would’ve been the same. This monitor is the best bang for your buck that you’ll find, and probably even better than more expensive ones. Next to perfect image quality and audio. Color video during the daytime. I love the no wifi feature for security purposes and because we experience outages a LOT, and travel in a camper during the summer. The range covers every area in my home (not super large but it’s all we need!). If it ever buffers or lags, it’s very brief and has never caused any functionality issues. The kickstand makes it convenient to watch hands-free and the options are all very easy to explore and understand. This monitor comes with a mount, the handheld screen, and the camera with two powers cords. All the other monitors I was considering were twice the price and needed additional purchases to be mounted. Don’t waste your time or and especially don’t waste your money. Only thing I’d suggest is the ability to purchase more compatible cameras at a discounted price. I’m not comfortable paying equal or more to the starter package for just the camera. The HelloBaby 5” monitor has a drop proof magnetic case for the handheld device by Encased, which I would pay the full $35 for just the case if they made one for this!! Otherwise, amazing product. Customer Review: This is a great baby monitor at a great price. It does not connect to WI-FI, which is perfect for security and privacy. The range on the monitor and video camera are great. It gave me the ability to be upstairs cleaning on the second floor of my house while my baby was napping in his bassinet on the main floor. Even with the distance, the connection to the video monitor did not falter. The camera has a nice clear quality and works great at night too. The video monitor has a large screen which is nice for visibility. I also love how it is also rechargeable. This monitor picks up any sound that is made in the room that it is placed in, which is some people may be annoyed by, but I think that just makes this monitor more reliable. The volume and brightness can be adjusted which are nice setting options to have. I thought that I would have to spend $200 on up for a great video monitor, but I am so glad that I found this one! I have no complaints.

Customer Review: I don’t know where to begin with this one. I bought this monitor for travel purposes since it doesn’t need WiFi. I am so impressed not only was this product cheap but it has exceeded my expectations. The two most important things I wanted in this monitor was to be able to click one button to turn the screen on and off while still being able to listen and it not be a struggle at night and to have good enough signal to walk around. This monitor does both things. I have a very nice and expensive monitor at home that is also not on WiFi. It has been a good one as far as simplicity BUT it has been acting up when my phone is around it and just loses signal. So bad that most nights I can’t even have my phone plugged in or it will not work. Literally so silly. And my room is no more than 10 feet away from my kids room. We are directly across the hall from each other, so signal should never be an issue. It’s just an issue when the phone is near by and using the internet (streaming/ socials media or honestly all pages can be cleared and it just be plugged in and still mess it up). I digress, THIS monitor though has a quality image, good noise, good buttons that arent complicated, the sleep feature on the screen that still allows audio when off, and probably many more features I haven’t played with. Frankly, I’m thinking of just switching monitors. For travel purchases I did get a clip on mount for the pack n play and it also worked well, just search mounts that are compatible with this monitor. 10/10 recommend for a non WiFi monitor. Dont go spending money when you don’t need to, save and buy this.

Customer Review: Do you ever buy a baby monitor and you know something is going to lacking? Like you just know you are going to be sacrificing something? I’m serious when I say not with this monitor. I have tried at least five different ones from Amazon and I ended up having an issue with every single one. Here is why I was SO pleasantly surprised by this monitor:Pros:- the sound ROTATES ROOMS! Every 10/15 seconds it rotates rooms so you can hear both rooms. Most monitors you have to manually flip it and I needed a monitor I could hear both- because of the size, I can see the kids whole room. Huge plus when friends are over and we need to keep an eye on everyone- the lenses are WIDE angle!! This means in split scree mode, I can see a LOT of the room (which means I can have the whole crib or bed in view even in split screen mode).- speaking of split screen, it is a split screen!! I want to always see both my kids and this does exactly that.- easy charging. This takes USB-C and I can use my charging cables I already have. I do t need to remember a “special” cable. Huge.- it shows the time on the screen. I didn’t realize how awesome this was until I used it as a clock in the middle of the night. Now when the kids wake up I know what time it is right away.- separate volume and brightness buttons. No more hitting so so many buttons to just adjust volume. Quick and easy.- picture is incredibly clear. Actually incredibly clear. I can see my kids breathe, the out lines of their faces, and toys they left in their bed. It’s great.Overall so many things that I love and needed and never found all in one baby monitor. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Customer Review: Update 2/21/26: Have used it 4 months. It’s been on all day of every day. Zero issues at all. Baby’s room is on the top floor and the screen works all the way in our basement. Same with going outside to the hot tub – still works.One thing I have LOVED that I didn’t know I needed: the VOX setting (I think is what it’s called). The absolute best feature on this thing… Basically what it is is that there is no sound coming out of this device until the baby makes noise. We use white noise in her room so with a regular camera I would then hear the white noise all night on my screen. But I don’t want to hear noise unless I need to hear noise? So this device basically mutes itself until it hears the baby and then turns on. Also, previous cameras I’ve used have had the little light bar on the side that moves up and down as it hears noise…hated that thing. It’s so bright when you’re trying to sleep even if the baby’s not making noise. But there’s no light bar on this one. So for me personally, huge improvement. 10/10 recommend.You know how something seems like WAY too good to be true so you’re just waiting for it to fail? That’s where I’m at with this. I’m immediately enamored with this thing, which can only mean it won’t last or something horrible 😅This is by FAR the best monitor I’ve fired up. I’m 3 kids in now and this thing has ALL the features I’m looking for.1. Parent viewing device (no wifi/cloud) to ensure privacy.2. CLEAR picture (thank you Jesus! Finally!)3. We wanted something reliable, that operated both on and off WiFi, with a monitor and a phone app. This camera does both, with great video quality on the app and the monitor. The camera and monitor both seem to be made of high quality products. 0 connectivity issues so far and the monitor even works far enough away that I can step outside for a bit and feel comfortable. While it doesn’t have all the fancy monitoring functions (breathing, heart rate and all that), it has everything you need. The motion and cry detection is spot on and you won’t miss the notification. Set up was straightforward too, and the camera comes with multiple mounting options.In my opinion, this is the best camera on the market. Does everything you need and it’s reliable without any need for a subscription.
