Customer Review: Wanted to wait a week or so after setting up to leave my review, but honestly could’ve left it on day one and it would’ve been the same. This monitor is the best bang for your buck that you’ll find, and probably even better than more expensive ones. Next to perfect image quality and audio. Color video during the daytime. I love the no wifi feature for security purposes and because we experience outages a LOT, and travel in a camper during the summer. The range covers every area in my home (not super large but it’s all we need!). If it ever buffers or lags, it’s very brief and has never caused any functionality issues. The kickstand makes it convenient to watch hands-free and the options are all very easy to explore and understand. This monitor comes with a mount, the handheld screen, and the camera with two powers cords. All the other monitors I was considering were twice the price and needed additional purchases to be mounted. Don’t waste your time or and especially don’t waste your money. Only thing I’d suggest is the ability to purchase more compatible cameras at a discounted price. I’m not comfortable paying equal or more to the starter package for just the camera. The HelloBaby 5” monitor has a drop proof magnetic case for the handheld device by Encased, which I would pay the full $35 for just the case if they made one for this!! Otherwise, amazing product. Customer Review: This is a great baby monitor at a great price. It does not connect to WI-FI, which is perfect for security and privacy. The range on the monitor and video camera are great. It gave me the ability to be upstairs cleaning on the second floor of my house while my baby was napping in his bassinet on the main floor. Even with the distance, the connection to the video monitor did not falter. The camera has a nice clear quality and works great at night too. The video monitor has a large screen which is nice for visibility. I also love how it is also rechargeable. This monitor picks up any sound that is made in the room that it is placed in, which is some people may be annoyed by, but I think that just makes this monitor more reliable. The volume and brightness can be adjusted which are nice setting options to have. I thought that I would have to spend $200 on up for a great video monitor, but I am so glad that I found this one! Customer Review: I don’t generally review very much. However I will make an exception for this product. This baby monitor was one of the less expensive ones and it has some great features like room temperature and the ability to play Lullabies that led me to purchase it. I bought it in April and unfortunately in June something happened to the charging port that led to its failure. It just wouldn’t stay on unless I was wiggling the cord. Not necessarily reflective on the monitor, these type of issues can happen in anything regardless of the price. What stood out to me, and what led me to leave this review was the customer service. I wrote to the seller and explained what was going on. There was no fuss, no trying to get out of responsibility. No issues whatsoever. I was simply told we apologize we’re sending you a new one. That to me was amazing and something I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend purchasing this baby monitor. The quality of the picture is excellent and it works well and it is always good to know that if something does fail you are buying it from people that will stand behind their product.

Customer Review: This is a great baby monitor that does not need to connect to wifi! It is super easy to use and the monitor has a good battery life on it. I use this when traveling and for the price, it really is a great product! I have yet to have any problems with it! While I do love it, I am not sure I would make this my primary monitor (personally) I feel the wire that connects to the monitor is quite short and getting the best angle would be a little difficult for full-time use. The picture is too zoomed in for me and I prefer to see the whole body. None-the-less, the picture quality is great and audio works well for a great price, I wont leave out of town without this.

Customer Review: This product is incredible, my baby is 11 months old now and we have been using it every single day for 11 months with no decline in its abilities.We use it every single night, and during the day for our baby’s naps. We have never had any connection issues, it is not connected to the Wi-Fi so it can always work. The battery life is still incredible, I don’t think I’ve ever lost battery even when I accidentally leave it on all day. I keep it plugged in all night too. I like the small screen, you can fit it in your pocket and even go garden outside with it, and the connection still stays. I think the only negative I have found is that if the power goes out it doesn’t work. Because the physical camera needs to be plugged in. So unless you’re in an area that gets power outages all the time, I highly recommend this product. We bought a second one just to throw in our diaper bag, so that when we visit family or go out of town, we just have a second one ready to set up in any room at all times. As for the image quality, I find it perfectly fine. If you are an insanely anxious parent and need to be able to see the physical air come in and out of your baby’s nostrils, it probably is not high-quality enough for you. I could usually see my baby breathing if I looked long/hard enough. But mainly it’s just good at seeing how your baby is shifting around, and the microphone is incredibly good so you can absolutely hear when the baby is crying or rustling around. It definitely has night vision, I can totally see my baby at night in the dark. I do wish I could switch between night and day vision sometimes, because every so often (usually in the pack n play with the White mesh) it gets confused and switches it to the wrong setting and then I have trouble seeing my baby.

We got another for our son a few months ago, and again great product. Only issue is the one we first got was defective and we had to return for a new one, but then it was good. Sometimes electronics go bad, but not big deal to get another. Customer service is great too. Only downside is you cannot change your children’s profiles, they had to do for me. Kind of stupid that you can’t just handle your own profiles on you own account.

Customer Review: We bought our first one back in March2020 to keep an eye on our new baby girl. It worked great. Long battery, good picture, nice audio. No problems. Then about 8 months later the power button broke. It would still turn on but it seemed like you just had to breath on it and the unit would shut down. The power button failed somehow and was not “clicking” like it used to. As Long as I didn’t mess with it once it was on, then everything was fine. I ordered a replacement and recieved it on a couple of days. When I opened the package I remembered that the unit comes with a 12 month warranty. UGH! I wish I would have remembered that before buying a new one. So I emailed the manufacturer to just tell them the switch failed and so they could use that information to maybe find a problem with their product. I’m not saying that there is an issue with the sturdiness but just wanted to give them that info. They immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement. I informed them I didnt need a replacement as I had already bought a new on, but thanked them anyway. Within and hour they responded again and offered to refund me for the purchase of the first unit that failed. I didn’t even ask them to do that. I didn’t even HINT that is what I wanted. Either way I thanked them for their great customer service and I am waiting to see if it hits my checking account. So even though the first unit failed after 8 months, I am giving this five stars since I like their product and their customer service is fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Video quality is pretty good both day and night and the audio is pretty clear to where we can easily understand what our kid is saying or when he’s starting to toss and turn and getting ready to cry out for momma and papi. The microphone push button feature also works where to where he can hear us console him as we make our way to his room. The camera does have a small LED light that is visible at night that we did cover with a small piece of black tape to keep the room nice and dark. Battery life is pretty good but we do keep it plugged in overnight when it’s at our bedside. We did have an issue with our original device where the battery life deteriorated rapidly and wouldn’t stay on without being plugged in but the customer service rep was quick to respond, address the issues, and come to a quick solution which we are extremely happy with. Will happily endorse this device to friends and strangers alike.
