Customer Review: Do you ever buy a baby monitor and you know something is going to lacking? Like you just know you are going to be sacrificing something? I’m serious when I say not with this monitor. I have tried at least five different ones from Amazon and I ended up having an issue with every single one. Here is why I was SO pleasantly surprised by this monitor:Pros:- the sound ROTATES ROOMS! Every 10/15 seconds it rotates rooms so you can hear both rooms. Most monitors you have to manually flip it and I needed a monitor I could hear both- because of the size, I can see the kids whole room. Huge plus when friends are over and we need to keep an eye on everyone- the lenses are WIDE angle!! This means in split scree mode, I can see a LOT of the room (which means I can have the whole crib or bed in view even in split screen mode).- speaking of split screen, it is a split screen!! I want to always see both my kids and this does exactly that.- easy charging. This takes USB-C and I can use my charging cables I already have. I do t need to remember a “special” cable. Huge.- it shows the time on the screen. I didn’t realize how awesome this was until I used it as a clock in the middle of the night. Now when the kids wake up I know what time it is right away.- separate volume and brightness buttons. No more hitting so so many buttons to just adjust volume. Quick and easy.- picture is incredibly clear. Actually incredibly clear. I can see my kids breathe, the out lines of their faces, and toys they left in their bed. It’s great.Overall so many things that I love and needed and never found all in one baby monitor. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Customer Review: Update 2/21/26: Have used it 4 months. It’s been on all day of every day. Zero issues at all. Baby’s room is on the top floor and the screen works all the way in our basement. Same with going outside to the hot tub – still works.One thing I have LOVED that I didn’t know I needed: the VOX setting (I think is what it’s called). The absolute best feature on this thing… Basically what it is is that there is no sound coming out of this device until the baby makes noise. We use white noise in her room so with a regular camera I would then hear the white noise all night on my screen. But I don’t want to hear noise unless I need to hear noise? So this device basically mutes itself until it hears the baby and then turns on. Also, previous cameras I’ve used have had the little light bar on the side that moves up and down as it hears noise…hated that thing. It’s so bright when you’re trying to sleep even if the baby’s not making noise. But there’s no light bar on this one. So for me personally, huge improvement. 10/10 recommend.You know how something seems like WAY too good to be true so you’re just waiting for it to fail? That’s where I’m at with this. I’m immediately enamored with this thing, which can only mean it won’t last or something horrible 😅This is by FAR the best monitor I’ve fired up. The image quality is great, audio is clear and has nice additional features to monitor temp, humidity, 2 way audio and the smartphone support was nice when we don’t always have the monitor on us or charged.I do wish the downward camera angle range was increased, it is difficult to get a view down if the camera is sitting on a surface that is level with the crib bars, it would need to be placed lower or angled somehow. We did mount it on the wall eventually which took care of that issue.After a little over a year of use, the monitor started having issues going in and out. Customer support has been excellent, offered a few troubleshooting steps, quick follow up, and when the issue was not resolved, they replaced the monitor free of charge.Overall, it is been a great baby monitor for us.

Customer Review: I upgraded from my single cam VTECH setup to this dual cam one when I had my second baby. I love that I can use either the handheld monitor or my phone, and switch between direct connection or WiFi as desired. Picture quality is great, settings for the app and the handheld are great. Setup is really straightforward.The only hiccup I’ve ever come across is just needing to power cycle the cameras sometimes as they’ll disconnect via WiFi sometimes.Photos reflect picture quality seen in-app. Camera is roughly 3ft above the top of the crib and bassinet, mounted to the wall.

Customer Review: I want to love this monitor so bad but it truly has been an issue since we got it. I’ve had this monitor for 15 months now. The kick stand of the monitor is very flimsy and that broke within the first couple of months. Also the charging port is not USB-c like advertised. I liked that it would have had the same charging cord as everything else in our house. And now, all of a sudden this week, the monitor will not stay connected to the camera (and yes I am in range). The monitor has started disconnecting in the middle of the night and by morning it’s not working anything. If I unplug the camera and plug it back in it will reconnect. I have tried both cameras and it is doing the same thing. VTECH customer service is less than helpful and I am stuff at this point in what to do. This monitor seems to be the best option, but for the money I expect better.

Customer Review: Actually one of the best most affordable monitors I’ve bought. I have had the 5 inch double camera VTech and the 7 inch VTech. Honestly their prices are outrageous and the monitor antennas broke on both monitor screens. They mount to the wall and you can’t really maneuver it to mount any where good enough to face down in a pack n play.This camera is good quality. The screen is clear and I’m able move the camera at any angle which is a great feature. The battery life is incredible. I have forgotten to charge it and it last the entire night. You can adjust the brightness and volume easily.Also the reach for this is superb. I have a colonial and we have used this in the basement while she’s on the top floor with no interference.The only downside is there’s no app. But honestly I don’t even need the app anymore. I use the monitor until they are old enough and whenever I’m comfortable I don’t need to creep constantly. This monitor also has a clamp mount which is sweet for travel. I use it on her crib now at home too. At some point she’ll be big enough to play with the clip but until then it will be used every where we go! Highly recommend.

I wanted something affordable with good video quality and the ability to move the camera as well as talk to my child and this literally checks all the boxes for such a good value! We mounted this camera in my son’s room and I love that I can move it around and I can see him so clearly even with the lights off it is a good 12 to 15 feet away from him and I can still see what he’s holding in his hands and him blinking when it’s pitch black in his room! The video quality is so good and the audio quality is so good as well! I even dropped the monitor while falling down 15 stairs lol and it didn’t break to my surprise, I don’t recommend that, but that just goes to show how durable it is!

Customer Review: We have newborn twins and purchased this because of the two cameras / split screen mode options. We are super impressed! We have only used the system for one week, but so far, so good! The image is clear, and when the camera is positioned well, the 4x zoom lets me see the rise and fall of their chests. The volume isn’t extremely loud, but is definitely loud enough. The corner of the screen also lights up when there’s sound. We also appreciate the temperature being displayed on the screen for each room, and how simple the menu is to navigate. We charge it during the day and the battery lasts easily all night and then some. The babies also seemed to like the music feature. My only feedback to the makers would be–the little kickstand/prop in the back isn’t centered, so the monitor falls easily when on a soft surface like carpet or bedding…and I like that the buttons don’t light up because it means the monitor isn’t brighter than it needs to be, but they’re hard to distinguish in the dark by feeling, so making them a little more raised would be helpful. Also, an option for the monitor screen to not be so bright 🙂 but these would be bonuses. This system has been SO convenient for twins! Once the babies are sleeping in the same bedroom, we plan to use the second camera in our play area.

My goal was for a product that was wifi only with ability to move around and good sound/mic quality and it hits all the boxes. Bonus of a large screen. I was concerned about of the F grade on the reviews, but came out moderately impressed given there are more expensive models that I could’ve gone for.Battery life – seems to be solid although its hard to tell. Our baby is on the way so have not put this to the test yet. My main gripe is that they choose to use a proprietary connector when they could’ve easily used as USB-C or any common connector so you can just plug it now. Now you have to have it plugged in with their charge.Size – 7″ screen. fantastic. My MIL always squints so shes going to appreciate this when shes helping outScreen/Quality/Brightness: quality of images isn’t like going to be ultraHD unfortunately. I’d say they are close to 720p at the most, but enough to see all the details of what’s going on.Camera: Very responsive with minimal lag. Quiet in movements although can hear it. Sound and mic quality great. Pivoting up and down with nearly 360 turning is fantastic.Overall, for this price point, would give it 5 stars. There’s obviously better improvements to be had, but you would be hard pressed to find them with 2 cameras and this large of a screen. Even if you take the price out of it, I’d still be giving this about 4 stars as there are options with better camera quality and probably mic sensitivity.
