I have used the fryer first time to cook Trader J’s potatoes bell pepper and onion, the potatoes turned out great, onions slightly overcooked because they were cut too fine (delicate) – it will take a bit of learning curve as the air frying temp default is at 400 degrees and what you are cooking. For my first use, I’m happy with the results, it works well. One last thing, the instructions tell you to keep the back of the fryer 5 inches away from a wall as there is a air vent in back to allow proper air circulation, all fryers have similar requirements… Overall, am pleased with the performance and the 2 quart capacity.
