Customer Reviews

Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. I may have a bias opinion because I had been doing my research on this company for a while but for the price point this is an amazing deal. I absolutely love these pots and pans. I’ve had them for about two months. They’re super easy to clean. They fit anywhere in your kitchen. They’re better for the environment. The quality is amazing. The color, the brightness they are true stainless steel which I did my research on prior to buying them because I was looking for pure stainless steel cooking wear. I do like these guys’s website. I looked on their website, but they actually are cheap cheaper here on Amazon. If you were thinking about buying these, please go ahead and do not hesitate to buy them at all. Hope this review helped if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and if it did give this review alike.

Customer Review: LOVE THESE PANS! They are so durable and easy to clean. They work amazing. If you understand how to use stainless steel, they can be just as nonstick as any kind of teflon pan and they are so much better for your health long term! They are a good weight and easy to maneuver.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: 100% worth the buy! I bought this set to replace my nonstick pans and every single day I am so glad I did. I know this brand is solid and high quality to begin with, so the pots/pans being high quality is a given. They are sturdy, strong and have some weight to them which I believe speaks to the quality significantly when talking about a stainless steel pan. This set comes with multiple sizes, varying the capacity of each but I don’t find that I’m missing anything when I’m cooking even the most elaborate meal requiring use of all burners. This really is the perfect set of SS pans. They seem to distribute heat very well leading to better quality food, and I haven’t noticed any spots on the bottom of the pans that have charred or discolored after several uses! Sauce and food residue is easily wiped off after soaking in water/soap or putting water in the dirty pan and heating on the stove for a short period.I really cant say enough good things about this set. I wish I had switched to these years ago but I worried about food sticking and ruining the pans. If you’re considering switching to avoid nonstick pans/ toxic coatings and chipping coatings I HIGHLY recommend giving these a try!

Customer Review: I bought this cookware set and I’m very satisfied with the quality. The material feels sturdy, the finish is well done, and the pots and pans give a strong sense of durability. Heat distribution is even, which helps a lot when cooking and prevents food from sticking easily.Another positive point is how easy they are to clean even after heavier meals, they don’t stain and wash without much effort. The handles feel firm and safe, and the set works well for everyday cooking as well as more elaborate recipes.Overall, I consider it an excellent value for the price. I recommend it to anyone looking for reliable cookware with solid construction and practical performance in the kitchen.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I no chef but I have cooked in enough pots and pans to realize these pots are top of the line. They are all as advertised they cook evenly the pot come in a variety of sizes yet they all cook well. Cleaning is a breeze. Sometime I had th wipe the pot with lemon to keep them fresh looking. I had problems with food sticking, but I research and found that I shouId allow the pan to heat up bthen add oil . these pots are heavy which makes them durable. I get fast heating consistent with maintaining even heat distribution. outstanding pots and pans!! would purchase again

Customer Review: I was looking to get rid of my Amway stainless steel cookware set I’ve had for over 45 years. Believe me – they’ve seen better days, but they still did the job. This set looked like it was a good value (price, quality and selection) and it’s from a small business brand. As a single man who cooks for himself and an occasional guest I like having quality tools to work with. Then I read the reviews and found a lot of low marks because of food sticking and staining. Even an amateur cook such as myself knows you can’t cook on stainless the way you cook on cast iron, so I did a little research. Preheating the pan on medium high heat and skipping water on the surface to test before adding oil or food is key to keep the food from sticking. Cleaning is important too. Letting the pan cool down and using soap & water is usually all that’s needed. Baking soda and vinegar helps to restore that new finish. When I received this set, I was impressed with the number of pans that are included. Then I became even more impressed with the quality of each pan. These are fully clad and the sheet steel is plenty thick. So far, I’ve cooked seasoned pork loin and some herbed chicken breasts with gravy and they came out great. Cleaned up nicely too, but I left the pan on the burner a little too long the first time and it stained the pan. I used baking soda mixed with warm water and dawn dishwashing soap. Looks good as new. I did spring for some Bar Keeper’s Friend Cookware cleanser just in case. All in all, I’m very pleased with this purchase – especially since the price dropped by $82.00 (15%).

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I bought this pot in a panic because I couldn’t find the one I thought I had and I needed it right away and not much beats Amazon’s next day shipping! It has a nice heavy weight to it and has a rugged bottom that makes excellent contact with the burner and made for even cooking. Its much bigger than I needed for this meal but will come in real handy for making large batches of soups and chili’s this winter. I browned meat and boiled an entire box of lasagna with no sticking whatsoever. It did, however take quite a while for the water to come to a boil which I anticipated, but it still seemed like a long time. It’s a great looking pot and has a nice glass lid, which is way more helpful than a solid cover. It washes up by hand very easily and when I was looking for a place to store my new pot, I found the one I already had! I still feel that it was money well spent since it performs just as well as the one I paid 2-3x more for. For the price point alone, it’s a great choice, add it’s great performance and you have a fantastic quality pot that rivals the much pricier brands. I can definitely recommend.

Customer Review: This pot is really good for soups and stocks. I used to use a 8 qt but I found that it 8 qts was too much for 2 people. A 5 qt is good enough for 2 people and it’s not too heavy. I mostly use this for soups and it’s held up just fine. It’s not flimsy and it’s well made

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to test the pots and pans first. I purchased the 11-piece set in January, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is my first stainless steel cookware set (I finally parted ways with my old non-stick set), and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the quality. Not only are these pots and pans beautifully designed, but they’re also solidly constructed and feel very durable. The packaging was excellent — each item came with protective cardboard inserts and wrapped in soft cloth sleeves, which I really appreciated. Before using the set, I followed the recommended cleaning instructions and I’ve had no issues with food sticking. Cleaning has been incredibly easy — just warm water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge (or sometimes even just a paper towel). On the rare occasions when something left a stain or slight discoloration, a small amount of Bar Keepers Friend brought everything back to looking brand new.I make sure to preheat the pans as advised, and they heat evenly on my gas stove. The handles are ergonomic and don’t get too hot to the touch, and while the pieces have a nice heft to them, they’re not overly heavy or cumbersome. The variety of pot sizes in the set is great, though I do wish a 2-quart saucepan had been included — hopefully that might be added in the future (maybe even as a piece that can be purchased separately).Overall, I’m thrilled with this set and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality stainless steel cookware at a very reasonable price point. As a bonus, the owner personally reaches out after purchase, which is a thoughtful and refreshing touch.

Customer Review: Background:We used to have good quality Teflon nonstick fryer pan set in our kitchen, I told my wife I will purchase a new set of stainless cookware if you throw away all those toxic dangerous fryer pans covered with synthetic chemical combination of carbon 8 and fluorine atoms that puts on risk our health. Watch “Dark Waters” on Netflix to understand more about it. She said, I will do it when you get one of those expensive stainless set for me. Then I started to investigate brands and cost, I almost regret my words after I saw how expensive a good stainless cookware set can be but I was already committed to get it, these cookware sets were around the $1,700 dollars or more, designed and also manufactured in America. I saw no other option but to make my word worth and make the expense, I was lucky I found this Legend Cookware set for a very affordable cost in comparison to other American brands. What I liked is that Legend designs their products in America, at least this is what they claim for in their webpage, that means product specification, materials selection and durability tests are conducted here in USA and after results are achieved then the product specs are sent to other countries to reduce the manufacturing costs and this is how you get a great quality product at a cheaper cost for consumers. After 2 months using this set, my wife loves it, I love it to the point to wakeup and prepare the breakfast for my family since this is really easy to cook on it.Update: After 1 year we still love it.Cooking:Cooking is different when you use a stainless cookware, all you need to do is to properly heat your pan before you dump any food on it. This may take 2 minutes, then reduce the temperature and you are ready to cook. Non-toxic nonstick layer is naturally created when the pores in the metal are closed due to heat expansion, then you will have a safe nonstick layer.Cleaning:Super easy, just use a soft sponge and kitchen soap, you will not need to use any hard kitchen utensil to removed stuck food once you learn how to cook on it, cause you won’t have stuck food on it.Cost benefit:This is the best part, you will get this Legend cookware set for a third of the cost when comparing it with a stainless cookware set designed and manufactured in USA.Warranty:What? Lifetime warranty? OMG, this set is a no brainer purchase. One of my pans came with a very small quality issue, I got in contact with customer service to report it, they sent a new set to me at no cost, they really honor they warranty promise.Summary,If you want a non-toxic stainless steel cookware set, just get it, this is the primary reason why I switch from conventional to stainless.I am just trying to put my honest review here because I want other people to get the benefit of replacing toxic teflon Carbon C8 to non-toxic cookware set.No, I did not receive this cookware for free to make this review, I wish but I did not. Thanks for reading me.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I cook for a larger crowd regularly, and I had come to the point of needing a few extra pieces to complement my All-Clad d5 set. However, I was not prepared to pay All-Clad prices a second time round… so I decided to go for this set, which was less for the set than the All-Clad stockpot alone. To be honest, I only realized that there was a 7 piece set after receiving this one, and maybe that was lucky, as I would have ordered the smaller set had I seen it before… but now I am happy to have the 12 set. So, comparing the two sets…- Yes, the All-Clad is better quality. Sturdier, heavier, easier to clean. But, the difference is small, and at this stage, I am not sure it’s $600 better.- Once you learn how to cook with stainless steel, both sets perform beautifully. For everyday cooking, I am not seeing much difference between the two.- The Cuisinart one still cleans nicely, even though it might take a bit more soaking for burned-on food. It reacts very nicely to Bar Keeper’s friend for more difficult stains.- The shiny inside surface makes me nervous for scratches, but no evidence of such yet. I am sure they will eventually appear, but, honestly, I don’t care as much.- The lids are much lighter than the All-Clad ones. Not sure that it matters though.- Compared to my other set, this one seems to have less surface and more height, making it more appropriate if I am cooking smaller quantities – I find myself reaching for it if I am cooking for 1 or 2 people.- It’s beautiful. Happy to see it hanging on my rack. The different sizes are the main reason I am happy I ended up buying the 12 piece set, as it gives me more flexibility in choosing the appropriate size for the job at hand. I would think that the Cuisinart version is possibly better than the All-Clad if you are routinely cooking for 1-2 people; the All-Clad may be better if cooking for 3-4. Not that either set couldn’t handle any amount of people in that range. For myself, I see that I am reaching for what I thought was going to be my backup set more often than I thought I would. And, even though I can tell the All-Clad is better quality, the difference is not such that would impact my day-to-day cooking. Of course, longevity (my All-Clad set is close to 10 years old with no signs of wear) remains to be seen.

Customer Review: I bought this set along with a few additional pieces back in 2009. This set has held up wonderfully. I cook a lot, a whole lot! I’ve cooked countless meals for my family (including 2 hungry boy teens, husband, friends and family) with this cookware. It performs fantastic! Food does not stick and it’s easy to clean. It holds temperature perfectly. When my college age son, who is in grad school wanted a good set of pots and pans this year for Christmas, I was amazed this was still available! The exact same set was for sale in 2025. He was excited to get such a great set! I feel it will truly last him a lifetime. I also like that I can give him some of the extra pieces I bought years ago to match. .The exact set. That says a lot about the quality and popularity! These pots have been thrown into the cabinet and not pampered. No dents. No defects. Still work perfectly after all these years. My daughter in law cleaned them up really nice (bottoms of all pans get discolored over time). They looked like brand new. Light scratches inside from years of cooking but that doesn’t affect the performance. I don’t baby my pans. They are workhorses in my kitchen. If these seem a little expensive, keep watching the price or wait until Prime Days/Black Friday. I’m just thrilled they still make this set and I could gift a new set to my son! I will probably be gifting another set to my other son next year. Great job Cuisinart! 10/10 A+++

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I love these pots and pans. They heat up quickly, cook evenly, and are easy to clean. I cook at home daily and these make cooking and cleanup a breeze. Love that they are safe. As long as I let the pans heat up prior to use nothing sticks. I accidentally left cooked cheese on a pot and it was easy to get off with a little baking soda. I’ll never go back to non-stick or ceramic again.

Customer Review: Fantastic set of pans. I bought this set for a vacation rental we have and ended up with a set of my own, We have a set of high end pots that we’ve had for 18 years and this set is nicer. This is definitely not a “you get what you pay for” purchase, these are fantastic.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Great price. Quality pans. Food does not stick with proper cooking habits — heat up pan first, add fat and coat the bottom and sides, add food and make sure there is enough liquid/fat to prevent burning to bottom of the pan. Dont use cooking spray as it will discolor pan. Cook at a lower heat than when using nonstick. Stir or turn foods relatively often. Hand wash instead of dishwasher. Best to clean immediately after cooking instead of letting pans soak in water – keeps the finish bright and shiny. I bought Barkeepers Friend Cookware cleaner to have on hand just in case of accidents, but haven’t had to use it yet. Handles do not get hot. Lids are wonderful. Love it! Great value for the price, and with proper cooking no fuss/no muss. Easy to clean. This is SO much better than nonstick. So glad I finally replaced my pans!!

Customer Review: This is my first time using a stainless steel cookware set, and I’m happy I found a decent one. I have tried two skillets and two saucepans so far, and they work well as described. The cookware is sturdy, thick enough for all types of cooking, heats evenly, and is easy to clean. It feels durable and looks nice. Tip: heat the skillet on medium to low before adding food for best results. I’m happy with this set and look forward to using it more.

Complete Buying Guide for Best Stainless Steel Cookware For Induction Cooktop

Essential Factors We Consider

Choosing the best stainless steel cookware for induction cooktop involves more than just aesthetics. We prioritize several key factors to ensure you get pots and pans that will truly enhance your cooking. First and foremost, you need to ensure the cookware is unequivocally induction compatible. This means the base of the pan must contain a magnetic material, usually iron or steel, to interact with the magnetic field of your cooktop. A quick magnet test on the bottom of a pan is a simple way to verify this! Next, we look at construction. High-quality stainless steel often features a multi-ply or clad construction, meaning layers of different metals (like aluminum or copper sandwiched between stainless steel) are fused together. This design significantly improves heat distribution and eliminates hot spots, leading to more evenly cooked food. Consider also the gauge of the steel – thicker gauge generally means better durability and heat retention. Handles and lids are also crucial; look for riveted, stay-cool handles and tight-fitting lids to seal in moisture and nutrients. Lastly, consider the ease of cleaning and maintenance. While stainless steel is generally durable, some finishes are easier to keep pristine than others. For cleaning, you might want to consider the best scouring pad for stainless steel for tougher stains, or perhaps the best oil for stainless steel to maintain its shine. And remember, selecting the right best cooking utensils for stainless steel cookware is vital to prevent scratches and ensure longevity.

Budget Planning

When investing in stainless steel cookware for induction cooktop, it’s wise to set a budget, but also to think of it as a long-term investment. While there are budget-friendly options that perform surprisingly well, higher-end sets often boast superior multi-ply construction, better heat distribution, and enhanced durability that can last a lifetime. Determine what pieces you truly need. Do you need a full 10-piece set, or would a few essential pots and pans suffice, like a good stock pot for induction cooktop or a versatile frying pan? Sometimes, buying individual pieces from a reputable brand can be more cost-effective than a complete set if you only need a few specific items. Don’t forget to factor in potential accessory costs, like specialized cleaners or storage solutions. Remember, a good quality set will save you money in the long run by reducing the need for replacements and providing a consistently excellent cooking experience.

Final Thoughts

Selecting the ideal stainless steel cookware for induction cooktop can transform your kitchen experience. By focusing on induction compatibility, quality construction, ergonomic design, and your specific cooking needs, you’ll be well on your way to finding a set that not only looks great but performs flawlessly. Our top picks offer a range of features and price points, ensuring there’s something for every home chef. Happy cooking!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What makes stainless steel cookware suitable for induction cooktops?

A: Stainless steel cookware is suitable for induction cooktops if its base contains ferromagnetic materials, typically iron or a magnetic grade of stainless steel. Induction cooktops work by creating a magnetic field that directly heats the ferrous material in the cookware, rather than heating the surface first. Always check for an “induction compatible” symbol or test with a magnet to ensure compatibility.

Q: How do I prevent food from sticking to stainless steel pans?

A: To prevent food from sticking, always preheat your stainless steel pan properly. Heat the pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then add your oil or fat. Once the oil shimmers, you can add your food. The “mercury ball” test (dropping a small amount of water, which should bead and dance) can also indicate when the pan is hot enough. This creates a natural non-stick surface by closing the pores of the metal.

Q: Is multi-ply construction important for induction stainless steel cookware?

A: Yes, multi-ply construction is highly beneficial for induction stainless steel cookware. It involves layers of different metals, typically aluminum or copper, sandwiched between stainless steel. This layering significantly enhances heat conductivity and distribution, preventing hot spots and ensuring more even and efficient cooking on an induction surface.

Q: Can I put stainless steel cookware in the dishwasher?

A: Most stainless steel cookware is dishwasher safe, but always check the manufacturer’s instructions. While convenient, frequent dishwasher use can sometimes dull the finish over time. Handwashing with warm, soapy water is often recommended to maintain the cookware’s pristine appearance and extend its lifespan. For tough stains, a mixture of baking soda and water or a specialized stainless steel cleaner can work wonders.

Q: How do I remove stubborn stains or discoloration from stainless steel cookware?

A: For stubborn stains or heat-related discoloration (often called “bluing”), a non-abrasive cleaner like Bar Keeper’s Friend is highly effective. You can also make a paste with baking soda and a little water, apply it to the stain, let it sit for a few minutes, then scrub gently with a soft sponge or cloth. For rainbow stains, a bit of vinegar can often do the trick. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
