Customer Review: I’ve struggled to find a product that can prevent leakage from my disposable adult diapers. I have a size 32” (32 inch) waist and these fit me perfectly. They prevent any leakage from the leg cuff area and are VERY comfortable compared to generic or other plastic pants on Amazon or medical suppliers. They are fairly inexpensive and are of great value for the price. They are also not bulky at all and don’t bulge. I have heavy [urinary] incontinence and these have helped me avoid embarrassing leakage in public. The material they use in these is very comfortable and I have skin sensitivity disorders — which is relevant to the review because these feel more comfortable than regular underwear. They are unnoticeable depending on the bulkiness of the diaper underneath (and I wear a high capacity diaper/brief). If you are a caregiver or are able to check your own brief, I’d recommend checking slightly more frequently because the only downside is a couple times I haven’t noticed how full my brief has become and you won’t feel the urine escaping the leg barriers/cuffs of the actual brief right away, which works more in my favor of comfortability. These are a lifesaver and are AMAZING!

Customer Review: I purchased these for my elderly mother. They are well made and work well. However, for my mom’s shape these underpants are not cut full enough through the buttocks. This means that the waistband in the back does not come up to her waist. We are using them anyway. They also shrank when I washed them, even though I washed in cool water and dried on the next to lowest setting on my dryer.

I plan on buying more of these, as the price is the same, regardless of the size. That makes them more desirable when it comes to spending my money. Although there is room inside it for additional soaker pad material, I will still wear one over another, along with Plastic Pants, when I sleep at night. They work best with the heavier material in the back for soaking urine because I sleep on my Back.

Customer Review: This is a quality cloth diaper with a matching liner. My hope is that this diaper will be an offset against the rising prices of disposables. Disposables are still my preference, but this is a really nice diaper…old school for sure.Update…The medium I ordered was just too tight after washing a few times. Not a complaint, but high quality cotton clothes often shrink. I threw the medium away and recently ordered the large. I immediately washed & gently dried it and the size is perfect for my body. By way of reference, I am a 36” waist. It does not seem oversized for my body and that was my original concern. The softness of this cloth diaper is amazing. I use the Incontrol cloth diaper fasteners and find them superior to diaper pins..much easier to use! If you are at all considering a cloth diaper or already a believer, a highly recommend this particular diaper. It is not discrete so I only use it at home. I am not walking away from disposables, but this is a nice solution for me.

Customer Review: I am right between the medium and large size with a 36” waist so I actually bought one in each size. Both sizes fit, but I prefer the medium because it isn’t quite as big on my body. In my opinion even the mediums are oversized, but not a problem for me. I was expecting thick, quality plastic and they did not disappoint. These briefs are by far the thickest plastic pants I own. They should work perfect for nighttime, but could be a little much under clothing. I can best compare these plastic pants to the quality plastic pants that were around many years ago, before the newer leakproof coated products. If that is what you are looking for, then you will be pleased.

I’m a heavy volume person overnight and needed more support than the adult diaper or adult pull-ups. Most mornings adding this to my nighttime protection my chuck is dry. They are well-proportioned, sized appropriately (I wear 4X-Large), and comfortable to wear all the time. I wear them with pull-on diapers that are leak-free most of the time—key word being “most”—but with these plastic pants I don’t have to worry about leaks anymore. These catch what my pull-on diaper doesn’t.They are a little noisier than the description leads you to believe, especially when they’re brand new.
