My husband and I are sole caregivers for my elderly Mom and for several years had been using the Walmart Assurance brand disposable underwear. They worked pretty well and as time went on, I added an additional pad to the underwear for overnight use. Then just about a couple of weeks ago, we began having a very serious leakage problem. I don’t know if Assurance changed the manufacturing of their product in some way, but Mom would wake up in the middle of the night totally soaked right through to her bedsheets. After a few nights of having to remake her bed and wash her sheets along with everything she was wearing, I was forced to look elsewhere for a product that would do the job. Fortunately, I found it with the Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable underwear. After several nights in a row of not one tiny leak and no bedsheets to replace in the middle of the night, I quickly reordered a larger quantity of the product. The product arrived quickly and has so far lived up to the great reviews and their product description. I really feel that a large part of the solution for my Mom is the superior design of the Tranquility underwear leg cuffs, which may be the main reason the Walmart brand failed so badly. I have also now ordered the daytime underwear as well as some of the “Booster” pads that can effectively be used along with both the Overnight and the Daytime underwear. I am so grateful to be able to purchase these products from Amazon.

Customer Review: I’m extremely disappointed in this underwear especially since I had high hopes since their briefs with the tabs work so well for me. This underwear however is poor, cheap, and ill fitting. The absorbent pad isn’t long or wide enough, it’s more fabric than absorbent pad. The way the underwear is designed it sort of rides up making it even more ineffective since it’s not sitting correctly to absorb fluid. I was humiliated when the urine just POURED, not leaked, out from the sides when I got out of bed since it hadn’t been absorbed. It was basically pooled and all of it came out once I got up and moved my legs. My entire bed was ruined. I guess this is for only those who have a few drops of urine not severe incontinence. Very disappointed and never buying this particular style again. I think I’ll stick to the briefs with tabs though they are annoying to put on.
