These plates are absolutely amazing. they are surprisingly efficient for any and all types of meals and are sized perfectly. The food does not run together if you have multiple foods. These do not chip or scratch. The weight is heavier than some other plates–and I have limited mobility in my hands–however, these are still now my go-to for life for plates as I have never dropped one of these, they are easier to hold (despite being heavier), and they do not easily spill. They are very pretty and they “look” nice. You can use these plates for anything. They are also very easy to clean. Very pleased with this purchase and also purchased the smaller 6-8 inch plates of this same style and brand. I will never purchase any other plates.

They are large without bring obtrusive. Mine are a light beige color wet its beautiful orange/ gold rims and underside. And I like that the underside is colored…. As that is nit always the case. Looks great on my shelf and on the table. I like that the plates have a slight slope around perimeter… great for holding the food if there is any liquid. I think it also is visually appealing having a plate of good with beautiful framed dish. I was concerned when the box arrived. The box was torn in corner and looked to be indented. However, very happy to see every piece was beautiful, in tact and no scratches or breaks. High fives to the packaging team. Everything was packed so well, it survived the trip. Price was reasonable. More than other options I was looking at, but this was the right choice. Firm believer in you pay for what you get. This is a well made, quality set of dishes I am proud to serve our kitchen specialties to family & friends. I’m sure we will have this for many years. I highly recommend this brand of dishes.

Customer Review: The pieces of this set are heavyweight and substantial. They are smooth and have a sophisticated look. I like that the set is expansive and offers me a mindless way to give thoughtful gifts in the future by buying add-ons from the same family of dinnerware. I like that I get to be mindless and thoughtful at the same time. Half the price of comps from Pottery Barn and I didn’t have to go and walk around that store or any like it where you’re liable to require refinancing if you choose to fill a cart during your visit. Customer Review: I purchased 3 sets – total place sitting for 12. They came in 3 boxes of 4 place settings and all arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Each plate is separated with foam padding. The large plates are just shy of 10 inches, about 9 7/8″. I love the reactive design/condition. They are glossy, but not overly so. The weight is good – not too heavy but feels sturdy. The shape of each plate and bowl is consistent and round. I have not completely unpacked and inspected each plate yet as I will be moving soon, and the packaging is perfect for transporting them. I see no cracks, chips or breaks, and when I unpack each plate, if there are any issues I will update my review. The finish on what I have unpacked is perfect, no smudging, smooth coating and consistent color and design. They are a reactive and somewhat rustic pattern, so there are some areas that reflect that – but nothing that takes away from the design or beauty of the finish. The “wheat” pattern around the edges is even, with again, no chips or inconsistencies. Even the bottoms of the plates I have inspected are finished perfectly. I have not used them yet, so cannot attest to use in microwave or dishwasher. Once I do I will update this review. They are a more expensive set, and that is reflected in the look and feel. I am hopeful that they will last a long time. So far, I highly recommend, and I can’t wait to use them for the upcoming holidays! I watched them off and on for months hoping they would go down in price for 12 pieces but never really dropped significantly. After Christmas I pulled the trigger. We are very happy with them and hope we get 16 years out of them.. I was a little worried about buying them from Amazon but they are packaged so well I think I could’ve dropped the box and they would’ve been ok.
