Customer Review: All steel inside. Cute, small, perfect for quick pour setup on small counter. For those who complained about leaking, etc. I have not had that experience in over a year of use. Maybe they fill it past the max fill tab? Don’t do that, should be okay. Possible manufacture defect, but mine has been good. Black paint may scuff, so handle with care. I dump excess water after use, which is once or twice a day for over a year. Looks new inside. So, go for it. It’s a cute small kettle with no plastic, except for the base.

Customer Review: This kettle is superb.It’s well made, construction is strong, it features stainless steel internally and does use exactly 800W.It’s in daily use and has been for over a year. I use it for coffee’s at least half a dozen times per day. It is also often used to boil water for cooking. The kettle itself sits well on the base, the power switch is sturdy and there have been no issues at all with it.The paint finish shows no signs of fading or chipping, even with hundreds of heating and cooling cycles. Speed of boiling is fine, with it most often being filled for one cup of coffee it takes about 2 minutes… physics. Very easy to use and dependable. The internal construction also works somewhat like a thermos, keeping water hot for over an hour, which, also means the second coffee of the day can be made somewhat faster than the first.Power usage of 800W put it in mind, originally, as something useful to use with our portable solar power station, which has a max output of 800W. Anything over that and the unit will trip off, so the kettle needed to be of that rating. It is, near enough to the exact figure, as measured by the power station and a Kill-A-Watt type meter. As such and because of its reliability, my usual kettle was relegated to a cupboard and hasn’t seen the light of day since.This really is the longest lasting kettle I’ve bought, with the full usage demands placed on it (am formerly from the UK where a kettle is ubiquitous in the kitchen)

The color is soothing and cute (it has a MATTE finish). It boils water quick enough and quietly. Pouring and refilling is easy and quick due to the push button lid. I’m thinking of getting the smallest version of this brand 0.5 L for my desk at work as well. Definitely a keeper.Update: the only reason that I ordered and decided to keep the 0.5L is that it fits perfectly on my small desk at work. The 0.5L boils water not any faster than the 0.8L but it is still quiet and very cute. The color has a GLOSSY finish. The very down side of this kettle is that its cord is way TOO short. I had to plug it in an extension cord and then plug the extension cord to the outlet under my desk. I plugged it in directly to an outlet in my kitchen, just for testing, the cord is too short, the whole unit is so close to the outlet making me feel nervous handling the boiling and sputtering water. Not sure why manufacture made the cord so short to begin with. The cord starting from the heating base including the plug is 10″ L total!? If you have an outlet that is high up away from your countertop surface, there is no way that the cord will reach that outlet while the heating base still stays flat on the countertop. That is the dangerous part of accidentally knocking the whole kettle over with boiling hot water. Definitely have to keep an eye on it when in use, especially around small children in the house hold. An extensions cord is a must have to better use with the 0.5L kettle for sure. I only gave 4 star for the 0.5L kettle.

I use it every single day, heating up water for tea and Cup o Noodles, etc. it’s small and easy to use, just press a button on the handle, it turns orange to show it’s ON.It heats up fast, and has an automatic turn off, but I always unplug it too.what impressed me the most was the stainless steel(?) interior. This is a very well made, QUALITY little tea kettle. I highly recommend it!!

It is like a big cup that i can take everywhere and is safe to handle even if the water is boiling inside. I love the material, stainless steel and the silicon seal. There is not smell in the silicon seal as I read in the comments. I use filter water. When I use regular water the bottom of the jar develops a stain that disappear with water and a little vinegar. This is now one of my favorite appliances for my personal use. Very cute.

Customer Review: I bought this kettle after returning a different model, that had a faulty lid, from the same company. I actually went with this one because it was going to come a day faster than a replacement and was less expensive—I’m visiting from out of state, so needed something fast, and that I could use for future visits. The first model with the faulty lid was VERY handsome and nice. I am really pleased with this last model too. Because it was so inexpensive I thought it was going to be a ‘cheap’ product; however, it is VERY nice, solid, well-made—feels like quality. It’s wide mouth for ease of cleaning, functions well, heats quickly. It is in fact nicer than the one I’m going home to—trust me, I like nice things and price isn’t much of a concern when I’m looking for quality: Im known as a ‘gadget girl’. If the two kettles are a good indication, This company makes beautiful, quality products. My only complaint is that the measurement guide on these products are metric. I know there is about 227mL to one 8oz cup—so a little bit of math may be needed at first.

Customer Review: I absolutely love this kettle! It’s so easy to use. It has a very clear min and max fill line. It heats up water quickly. It has several temp options for various teas and coffee. It has a built-in filter for when you pour. The little lights in the stand change based on when the water is heating and when it’s ready, both of which are actually very pretty. The handle is thick and solid, the metal supportive ring letting me know I don’t have to worry about the glass ever cracking or slipping and breaking. My main tea brewing method now is I heat up water in this to whatever temp is ideal for the type of tea I’m making. I then have a glass tea pot with a steel cylinder in the middle that holds loose-leaf teas. I load it up, rock some water from this, and have some fancy tea to sip on for the rest of the evening. Customer Review: I have a gas stove and don’t really care to boil water that way with old-school kettle. Saw these electric ones and started looking over several of them. This one had consistent positive reviews and was a good price so decided to try one.It is very easy to use and does up to 7 cups (more than my daily needs, but good to have just in case). The heat up time is fast and it’ll auto shut-off too. It does have a blue light at the base when it heating which helps at a quick glance. Everything functions well and the build seems to be pretty solid. I really like the fact there is no direct water contact with plastic parts (lid/etc), really prevents the water smelling like plastic.I used it for about 7 days before trying to clear the build up of deposits (wasn’t very bad, just prefer to have clean glass). Did the Baking Powder method, sort of worked but might have been the old powder + lack of soak time. So tried Vinegar the next time and that seems to work really well! The build up probably depends on your water source, I’m just using tap water – nothing fancy.Very happy with the purchase and would purchase again or gift one to another. 🙂

It has excellent safety features that are extremely important to me: you have to manually turn it on (not just plug it in the outlet), it has clear markings for the amount of water including the maximum amount you should use, it boils the water very quickly and then immediately turns itself off. So there’s no chance of boiling dry and starting a fire even if you get distracted and forget you turned it on. I routinely dump out leftover water and let the pot air dry to prevent using stagnant water or possibly having mold growth. I’ve been using it for several weeks and have zero complaints!
