I thank you.Look and FeelThis pan is solid and extremely well made. It feels very substantial when you hold it in your hands. You won’t be concerned about bending or twisting the pan. The feel is extremely slick and quality. The non-stick coating (or whatever they coat this pan with) feels very clean and cling free. It feels like it would be tough to scratch the coating on this pan. I’m sure it can be done, but it feels very quality and sturdy.Cooking (how much does it hold?)One of the things I was curious about is “how much will it hold”. I made a 3 lb meatloaf and it filled the pan (level) to the top. 3lbs will be the limit (pre-cooked) of meat in this pan. My topping dripped over a bit and burned to the pan in a few areas, but was simple to clean up with a pre-rinse and sponging before the dishwasher. If you plan to put a topping on your meatloaf, you may wish to limit the size of your meatloaf to 2 – 2.5 lbs precooked weight. That should give you a half-inch or so at the top.RemovalThe meatloaf fell out of this pan. No sticking of any kind. The pan neatly held all the drippings in the bottom and kept them separate from the meatloaf in the primary section of the pan. I removed my meatloaf with a few large forks. It lifted out in a single piece. Your results may vary depending on your meatloaf, but again I didn’t experience any sticking from the meatloaf itself.
