Customer Review: “Upon arrival I compared this Onlyfire Charcoal Chimney to my 20 dollar cheap chimney from Walmart and I have to say I am quite impressed. This chimney is larger in every direction, holds a bunch or fuel and is built much better overall out of much heavier duty stainless steel. I much prefer a stainless steel charcoal chimney like this as charcoal and heat can be hard on these and my cheap coated steel ones tend to rust pretty quickly, this one feels like it will last a lifetime, it is so sturdy. The chimney comes in a box with the handle unattached, but includes the correct Allen key to install the handle using screws into rivet nuts which makes for a very secure connection. I personally did apply a bit of loctite to the threads of the screw to minimize the chance of the handle loosening over time. The coal support in the bottom of the chimney is made of welded rod in a circular web pattern that is also then bolted into the body with machine screw and locknuts. They seem to be very secure, but I would make sure to check these occasionally as the high heat from the charcoal could loosen the hardware over time. I really like the deflector that is built into the top of the chimney, it helps keep the flame away from you when tipping the coals. This kit includes a 50 pack of tumbleweed style firestarters, they weren’t as high of quality starters as my normal royal oak tumbleweeds, but they start just fine and are a nice bonus in this chimney kit. The only real knock I can give to this particular charcoal chimney is some of the edges are a bit sharp near the top and bottom openings, so just need to be a bit careful there.”
