This is the best Glass Water Bottle I’ve tried. The silicone seal is well seated and never leaks, but it is also really easy to pop out for cleaning. The black insulator is okay, but very thin, so I’m not sure how much insulation it provides. I attached a shoulder strap to it, so it serves a different purpose for me. There is a tiny hole in the bottom which allows it to slide on and off very easy. The bottle is the perfect width for my vehicle cup holder too. The only weirdness is that it is about as long as my forearm, so absurdly long, but I knew that when I bought it. I preferred long and thin for the cup holder vs short and fat and to have it rolling around the passenger seat.

For example, I may want to know if the contents beginning to spoil, have they settled, do they need to be re-mixed, etc.Seal. I have had two of these bottles completely filled with water, laying flat on a bed for over two weeks now. Absolutely no sign of dripping or leakage. Very impressed with the gaskets that come in the lid.Cons:Description. I wish the product description and images would provide Fahrenheit readings in addition to the Celsius readings, for easier reference.Price. I think these are slightly over-priced at $22.99. IMO, $17.99 or $18.99 may be more on target here, for a bulk, 6-pack purchase.Drop Test. Although I have not tried to break this product, glass can of course break if hit or dropped hard enough. So I’m sure this is certainly not as resilient as plastic but still probably the best compromise due to the dangers of plastic.

I haven’t dropped one, but I have accidentally banged it on the side of the door and it did not break.I can also verify they are actually borosilicate glass because I can pour boiling water into one to sanitize it and then turn around and pour cold water into it. I have never had the bottles leak on me so the seal is nice and strong.Every morning, I fill my six bottles with water and it helps me to meet my water goal because I know that I need to drink all of them by the end of the day. I actually do two bottles of regular water two bottles that have fiber mixed in and two bottles of an electrolyte mix.

Got this because I’m working on eliminating plastic and toxins from our home. This bottle is great! It’s glass, the straw is metal, the lid is bamboo and the cover protects from breakage. Very well thought out design. My cat has knocked it off the table a few times and no damage!!! Worth every penny!!

I have also dropped it about thirty times and not so much as a crack in it. It has not leaked once-even when laying on it’s side in a bag. I got the sage color and it is very pretty-reminiscent of sea glass. The glass bottle, visible through the windows of the cover, have oz/ml on one side and times of the day on the other, which is great for whichever way you prefer to track it. There is absolutely no odor and it does not make your water taste weird-which is a plus for me. All parts are very easy to clean and I find my water remains cool in it for a long time and with ice, it stays cold a long while-and I have not had to deal with any condensation issues. The lids (it comes with two-one standard, one straw) are well made with hinged handles that seem very durable. The bottle has a bit of heft to it but not overly so. I love it and plan to get a couple of others for other family members.

I purchased these because I was tired of using plastic products for EVERYTHING and wanted to take apple juice to work. They are well constructed and made of thick glass.
