My mother went thru dementia/alzheimer’s and passed away 3 years ago. It has helped with my father tremendously before he passed on 12/20/25. This baby monitor was one of the less expensive ones and it has some great features like room temperature and the ability to play Lullabies that led me to purchase it. I bought it in April and unfortunately in June something happened to the charging port that led to its failure. It just wouldn’t stay on unless I was wiggling the cord. Not necessarily reflective on the monitor, these type of issues can happen in anything regardless of the price. What stood out to me, and what led me to leave this review was the customer service. I wrote to the seller and explained what was going on. There was no fuss, no trying to get out of responsibility. No issues whatsoever. I was simply told we apologize we’re sending you a new one. That to me was amazing and something I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend purchasing this baby monitor. However, it’s great for elderly or like I am using it for my dog and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law stays at home with our dog, and she will go to the neighbors or out back to our garden. I use this when traveling and for the price, it really is a great product! I have yet to have any problems with it! While I do love it, I am not sure I would make this my primary monitor (personally) I feel the wire that connects to the monitor is quite short and getting the best angle would be a little difficult for full-time use. Customer Review: “This product is incredible, my baby is 11 months old now and we have been using it every single day for 11 months with no decline in its abilities.We use it every single night, and during the day for our baby’s naps. We have never had any connection issues, it is not connected to the Wi-Fi so it can always work. The battery life is still incredible, I don’t think I’ve ever lost battery even when I accidentally leave it on all day. I keep it plugged in all night too. I like the small screen, you can fit it in your pocket and even go garden outside with it, and the connection still stays. I think the only negative I have found is that if the power goes out it doesn’t work. Because the physical camera needs to be plugged in. So unless you’re in an area that gets power outages all the time, I highly recommend this product. We bought a second one just to throw in our diaper bag, so that when we visit family or go out of town, we just have a second one ready to set up in any room at all times. As for the image quality, I find it perfectly fine. If you are an insanely anxious parent and need to be able to see the physical air come in and out of your baby’s nostrils, it probably is not high-quality enough for you. I could usually see my baby breathing if I looked long/hard enough. But mainly it’s just good at seeing how your baby is shifting around, and the microphone is incredibly good so you can absolutely hear when the baby is crying or rustling around. It definitely has night vision, I can totally see my baby at night in the dark. I do wish I could switch between night and day vision sometimes, because every so often (usually in the pack n play with the White mesh) it gets confused and switches it to the wrong setting and then I have trouble seeing my baby.”

Customer Review: “I’ve been really happy with this set of one base station and two parent units. You get three AC adapters, one for the base (which cannot use batteries) and one for each parent unit. The sound is very clear, and there’s no static thanks to it using a 6.0ghz DECT digital signal. The units will alert you if they lose connection with the base station so that you know you can’t hear your baby. Very simple no-frills operation. That being said there are a couple of downsides:1. The form factor is awful. The parent units being shaped like an egg, tip over very easily especially if they have the cord plugged into them.2. The parent units each use two AAA batteries. When reading other reviews, I saw others complaining that they drain batteries very fast when unplugged. This is an under statement. It seems like 2-3 hours off the charger and the low battery light starts flashing and the unit beeps. I’m using 800mah Ni-MH rechargable batteries that I bought for these units. If I were using disposable batteries, I would be really upset with how fast they were being drained. But being prepared for this and having rechargeable its not a huge problem (just having to swap daily).The high frequency digital signal is nice because it would be extremely difficult if not impossible for someone to eavesdrop on the units with any type of consumer equipment, unlike the old analog monitors where you could tap in easily with a scanner.All in all a good unit, if you can overlook the terrible battery life and crappy form factor. I might try to order extra ac adapters for the spots that I move to around the house so I can rely on batteries less.”
