  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  5. In a small bowl, combine ground cinnamon and sweetener for the filling.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the cinnamon filling evenly over it, then top with the remaining batter. Use a knife to swirl the batter gently for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake before serving.
