Loving my job!
Lately you may have realized that I haven’t blogged very much. Well there is a reason, I promise! No, I’m not quitting, yes, I have been extremely busy. Many of you know about my other site, La De Daa Designs, where I do graphic work on headers, buttons, blinkies, banners, twitter backgrounds, sociable icons and more. Business has been booming and I’ve just been really busy (happily busy) with all the orders that have been coming in. I have to say that even though I started out as a mommy blogger and then onto a review blogger, I have found myself enjoying being creative and making people love their blogs more with colorful, fun designs and new graphics that make their true personalities shine. It’s time consuming but fun and I’m truly enjoying every second of it.
When I finished high school I enrolled into college for graphic design and took a lot of fun classes, and some not so fun ones. But since I got married just seven months after graduating high school and then four months into marriage learned I was expecting our first child I eventually dropped out to work until I had the baby, which of course didn’t happen either since I had a couple small issues with pregnancy. But graphic design and art has always been my true passion…well besides babies! lol I never would have thought that even though I didn’t finish my degree that nine years later I would find myself doing what I love doing best…designing, being creative and having fun. The best part? I get to do it all from my home office while my kids are laying down for naps or sleeping at night.

Audrey, actually the fact that most of them are pink is a coincidence. They all pick out what graphics they want (or I can help) and I do the graphic depending on that. lol Just seems most women like pink! lol
