Looney Tunes Healthy Food Choices Prize Pack Giveaway (Ended)

As parents we all watch our children make bad food choices and it is our job to teach them how to make good ones. It’s not always an easy task because so much of what they eat is centered around the packaging, fun, cool commercials and of course taste and we often give in just to get them to eat something…anything. My kids love things that are packaged in kid friendly ways. If you would slap a picture of Spider Man or Dora on some brussel sprouts my kids would more than likely eat it. Well now Eating Right Kidshas teamed up with Looney Tunes (Warner Brothers) and created a healthy, fun and yummy line of kids foods.

I was sent a box from Team Mom with a bunch of Looney Tunes Eating Right Kidsline of foods, snack and drink all in a cute little lunch tote. We were given a sample of Whole Wheat Mini Ravioli and Cheese in tomato sauce, a mixed berry fruit bar, fruit cup and apple juice. The ‘tub’ of mini raviolis was big enough that I could let my kids share which was great since they both love raviolis.

They also have a wide variety of breads, frozen foods, chewy bars, cereals, fruits and vegitables and more. I know we’ll be trying them all very soon. My kids ate every bite that was on their plates! Which doesn’t always happen around here. My son thought it was cool that Bugs Bunny made his lunch! lol The fruit was the first to go but as soon as the raviolis cooled down they were gone even before the chewy bar was.

Some things I like about Eating Right Kids/Looney Tunes products and meals: Of course I love that they are healthy and the packages are fun and inviting to kids. But I also love that, “Eating Right Kids™ package features the color-coded Spot Your Needs System™ on the front—so you can find important nutritional information in seconds!” Plus on each package there are fun games and activities so your child can ‘play’ while they eat. This totally beats giving them Kid Cuisines because the Eating Right Kids meals are healthier with more vitamins and nutrients but still with the fun of characters, colors, activities and games. As a mom I’ll feel better about letting them eat these healthy, kid friendly snacks.
