I’ve always wanted to get my makeup professionally done but can’t afford it so I’ve been busy asking people and searching things online trying to find out how to do a celebrity style, evening smokey eye shadow. So here is a small video of how I did it, how it turned out and some other tips.
While I didn’t go crazy on the shade (I didn’t want it too dark) I do think it turned out nice and will be doing this for my Saturday night out with the girls! Of course you can go darker and who knows, come that night I may make it a tad darker…we’ll see.
Do you have any tips that I or someone else can use?

It looks good. I have never put the dark all over and then gone back with the white. It’s kind of hard to describe in words. I’ll have to try to do a video sometime. But there are so many different ways to do makeup that if you find a way you like, stick with it!

Thanks ladies! I may try to go a little darker on Saturday. It didnt stay on long today and I think it was b/c I didn’t have enough on. We’ll see! I’m going shopping with my mom on Friday for something new to wear. We never get to go out and this bar is really classy! I’m so excited!!!!
Great video! I really need to try and wear makeup more often. My 12 year old thinks I have huge plans when I wear makeup because its so rare LOL.

When I wear make-up it’s bronzer and eye liner w/my handy chapstick. I think simplicity is best. I don’t like to be overdone
